With mainstream high street banks becoming increasingly cautious about the credit quality of borrowers, limited funding lines, restrictions on loan to values and high fees, it is becoming increasingly difficult for clients looking to obtain large loans.
SLS specialises in placing large loans of between £750,000 and £25 million.
Via our panel of Private Banks, we are able to offer more competitive interest rates, lower arrangement fees and at higher loan to values.
Criteria
- Min Loan £750,000
- Max Loan £25,000,000
- Applicants must be high-net-worth
- Full Status only
- No arrears or adverse credit at all
- Have significant assets (e.g. property, stocks, shares, investments)
- Available up to 80% LTV
- Each case assessed on its merits and mortgages can be tailor-made to suit clients' circumstances, for example, gearing against multiple assets (e.g. offshore deposits)
