E-ZY has been developed with our brokers' requirements in mind and as the name suggests, has been designed to be easy to use.
Registered brokers can submit AIPs online, which is transferred directly to our experienced New Business Specialist Team. A DIP response will then be returned within our agreed Service Level Agreement, confirming details of the mortgage scheme and proc fee for your KFI, plus comparison lender schemes for compliance purposes.
As soon as your clients are ready to proceed, just log back in and the DIP can then be converted to a Full Mortgage Application. The generic application form has been agreed by all packaged lenders and saves the need to complete new application forms, if for some reason the lender changes after the case has been submitted. The only paper part required is the generic declaration, along with any additional lender declarations and Direct Debit Mandate, all of which are uploaded to the case summary screen for you to download.
Once submitted, you can track the progress of your case online 24/7, with access to your mortgage progressor's and underwriter's notes on your case - all available from the case summary screen.
