Product Withdrawals & Submission Deadlines

Due to the ongoing turbulance in the current mortgage market, lenders are increasingly withdrawing products at very short notice with little time to get cases in. To aid our brokers as much as possible, as soon as we receive notification of product withdrawal, it will be posted here, with key dates for AIP, KFI, full case submission and offer deadlines. As this page is constantly updated, please add it to your bookmarks and check back regularly to ensure you do not miss out on products.

	Entire 4308 range for both First National and i-group will be withdrawn on COB Thur 6th Nov. All pipeline applications submitted but not yet offered can only be progressed on the 4508 range and will be subject to criteria, rates and fees prevailing at the time. There will be no exception to these rules
	Minor 65 (M65), Minor 70 (M70) and Minor 75 (M75) Light 65 (L65), Light 70 (L70) and Light 75 (L75) All applications on the above products must be fully packaged (see below for definition of fully packaged application) and with BHL ready for first time offer by close of business on Wednesday 19th November. This also applies to applications we have already received but are awaiting further information as these too will need to be closed out - please ensure the outstanding information is with an underwriter by close of business on Wednesday 19th November.
	Entire range being withdrawn. All applications need to be submitted by 5pm Friday 31st October and offered by Friday 7th November.
